From the Main Street the entrance to the Civic Centre opens on to Croom Town Park. Through careful planning and much enthusiasm, CCDA and the community of Croom developed land in the centre of the town in to Croom Town Park. The Civic Centre is a great addition to the park and to the town offering, the following facilities

Aubergine Store & Restaurant

Aubergine store sells a selection of organic fresh breads and pastries. It also offers a range of local produce, salads, eggs, and milk. The store offers a selection of treats and gifts including condiments and confectionery ideal for a hamper or gift. Aubergine is also a stockist for Dublin Herbalist products. Dublin Herbalist are produced locally in Tipperary and each product is blended to ensure it is gentle to the skin, using only sustainable and natural products. Aubergine Restaurant overlooks Croom Town Park, with a patio for fine days and fair weather. The restaurant space is beautifully designed and appointed, a comfortable space for all. Aubergine offers a range of Classic Salads, Innovative Sandwiches, and a variety of hot dishes. Serving Classic Breakfast dishes and Lunchtime treats seven days a week as well as delicious coffee. The Restaurant is accessed from the Main Street or Croom Town Park Parking area.
