Croom Community Development Association (CCDA) is committed to the Circular Economy, to this end CCDA works hard to promote “shop local”. In 2022 Croom hosted a community car boot sale. This was an opportunity for people locally to buy and sell and ensure the longevity of goods. The sale was a great success. On the day there were several artists and crafters taking the opportunity to sell their products.
From this event, it was felt that there was an opportunity to promote the work of local artists, food producers and those who create gifts and unique items.
